A STARK-Up Initiative

Your privacy deserves clear answers.

Jouhatsu is a STARK-Up Initiative, initiated and operated by STARK-Up GmbH. Access is currently limited to invited accounts. Here is how to use the service, manage your information and find the right support.

Keep your protection desk private

Save an encrypted recovery file before leaving, and keep its passphrase safe. Local records are separate from your saved workspace cases.

Local processing, recovery and reminders

The protection desk processes eligible adult files locally using SHA-256, without uploading bytes, filenames or hashes. It has no face recognition, image preview or AI processing. Records live in tab memory until cleared or the page closes. Optional passphrase-encrypted recovery files preserve the action queue, fingerprints and report log together; encryption and unlocking happen on the user’s device. Jouhatsu receives no record or passphrase and cannot reset it. Legacy unencrypted exports remain available and are labelled sensitive. No cloud backup or autosave runs. Browser memory erasure cannot be guaranteed. These local records are separate from database export and deletion below. Follow-up calendars omit URLs and report references; importing them into another provider follows that provider’s terms. No external blocking network receives these hashes. No reports, searches or background checks run automatically.

About activity figures

How figures are counted

Page views count signed-in page loads, including reloads. They do not represent unique people. The page-view counter stores a date and aggregate total, without analytics cookies, IP addresses or user identifiers in the counter.

Cards appear only when their recorded count is at least 10. Smaller categories are omitted, and outcome figures are rounded down to groups of five.

Cases and actions describe current saved records; updating or deleting records changes the totals. Removal outcomes are reported by users and are not independently verified. They are not lifetime totals or proof that Jouhatsu caused a removal. The public-facing figures expose no case names, URLs or country breakdowns.

Your records. Your choice.

You must be signed in to your workspace. Export and erasure are available even when your safety agreement has expired. Erasure affects Jouhatsu records only.
